How to Play Reversary

  1. Game Setup:

    • The board is an 8x8 grid.
    • Each player has a set of discs, one side black, the other white.
    • The game begins with four discs placed in the center in a square: two black, two white. Players decide who is black and who is white.
  2. Gameplay Mechanics:

    • Players alternate turns, placing one disc per turn.
    • A move is made when you place a disc in an empty square such that it flanks one or more of your opponent's discs.
    • Both ends of the line must be your discs for flanking to capture.
    • Every captured disc is flipped to your color.
  3. End of the Game:

    • The game ends when either the board is filled, or no valid moves are remaining.
    • The player with the majority of discs on the board is the winner.
