No More Controls

Players are each dealt a hand of cards. The goal is to play cards from their hand without collecting penalty points. Players take turns playing one card in a pile or skipping their turn. Some cards may have special actions affecting the player's or opponent's hands. The round ends when a player has no cards left, and total penalty points are tallied. The game progresses through multiple rounds.
