Koi-Koi Controls

  1. Each player is dealt eight cards, and eight cards are placed face up in the playing field. The remaining cards form the draw pile.
  2. Each turn, a player tries to match a card from their hand with a card in the field by suit. If matched, both cards are collected.
  3. If unable to match, a card from the hand is placed in the field.
  4. Draw a card from the pile and attempt to match it with a card in the field.
  5. After forming certain card combinations, declare 'Koi-Koi' to continue for more points or 'shōbu' to end and calculate points.
  6. The round ends if the draw pile is exhausted or a player declares 'shōbu'. Points are scored based on collected card combinations.
  7. The player with the most points after a set number of rounds wins.
