Katti is typically played by 2 to 6 players. The deck is shuffled and each player is dealt a set number of cards. The objective is to form particular card sequences (or sets), such as a series of cards in the same suit or sets of the same rank. Players take turns drawing and discarding cards in an attempt to form these sequences. The first player to successfully arrange their cards into the required sequences declares victory. Key actions during gameplay include drawing a card from either the deck or the discard pile, discarding an unwanted card, and strategically planning moves based on opponents' actions.
