Players start in a group, some are secretly infected. Non-infected players work together to escape while infected players sabotage them. Use weapons, light fuses, and complete tasks to escape or feed on blood bags to transform. Communicate and strategize with teammates, use traps and items wisely. Trust is key; move stealthily and ensure survival.
